Bruno Cadete: EXSYN started its journey in 2014 as a consultancy firm with a primary focus on assisting airlines in the implementation of MRO/M&E systems. Through extensive client engagements and hands-on experience, we encountered diverse use cases and challenges in managing and utilizing aircraft data effectively. This understanding inspired the development of EXSYN’s comprehensive aircraft data quality management and analytics platforms.
With the advancement of technologies such as predictive analytics, machine learning, and better data integration tools, EXSYN continued evolving its platforms to address ever more complex aviation challenges, empowering stakeholders to optimize maintenance and engineering operations. Currently, the company has two flagship products: NEXUS and AVILYTICS. BC: Despite EXSYN’s strong commitment to advancing the sector, the journey is not always easy and several obstacles have emerged.
Many organizations in the aviation industry are resistant to changing long-established procedures, making it difficult to embrace the transformative potential of new technologies. Additionally, legacy systems still in use by many companies are often outdated and polluted with irrelevant or inconsistent data, further complicating efforts to implement predictive solutions.
From experiencing these constraints with our customers, we have learned the importance of helping operators build a foundation for change by addressing these barriers. We focus on supporting operators in managing their aircraft data and ensuring its continued accuracy. Through our data health checks, we assist customers in validating their systems, cleaning up irrelevant or outdated data, and keeping their platforms up-to-date and efficient.
