how does it work?
Data Integration
NEXUS continuously monitors publication website of aviation authorities and directly retrieves newly published AD’s once available. This seamlessly integrates with existing MRO/M&E software system, ensuring smooth data flow and coordination. This integration helps streamline the AD compliance process and reduces the risk of data silos.
Data Collection
NEXUS collects all ADs issued by aviation regulatory authorities and centralizes them in a single repository. The centralized repository ensures that all ADs are easily accessible and organized.
Automated Tracking
NEXUS checks multiple times a day if new ADs are released. New ADs are downloaded and the content is extracted and converted into a usable format for the MRO/M&E system to automatically upload its content into the system by use of interface and/or transfer files. This ensures that no AD is overlooked and that compliance is maintained.
Change Notifications and Alerts
NEXUS sends automated notifications to relevant personnel for new or updated documents, ensuring important changes are not overlooked. Users can set up customized alerts for specific document types or changes, staying informed about the relevant update.
