EXSYN is happy to announce that TUIfly Netherlands is live with Avilytics, the digital tool to analyse and visualize aircraft maintenance performance.
TUIfly Netherlands has gone live with Avilytics, the software tool established from EXSYN’s solutions platform to analyse fleet technical reliability. TUIfly NL is using Avilytics throughout the whole company in order to have a real time insight in the performance of their entire maintenance operation and fleet availability. This performance is reflected in KPI’s in a simple and easy to understand dashboard allowing them to make instant decisions on improvements and make them operate more effective and competitive. All users can connect with Avilytics either via their workplace or through a mobile device. Avilytics has a flexible structure to facilitate specific dashboards for designated users throughout the company and thus an ideal tool for both production and management.

In August 2014 EXSYN started to research and develop a software tool for data analytics and data visualization for the aircraft maintenance industry. In order to remain closely to the needs of the market and develop a reliable product EXSYN was searching for a development partner. TUIfly NL felt the need to better monitor their maintenance and engineering processes against specific KPI’s. This resulted in a partnership and the product development of Avilytics. The development partners decided to focus not only on specific areas but on the entire value chain of an airline maintenance operation. In various extensive workshops all requirements were gathered and automatic data exchanges were established. A beta version was built which was followed by intensive testing and an adjustment phase which lead to a trial run of one month after which Avilytics 1.0. went live.
