AMOS Support at Lufthansa Airlines

Situation

In 2022, Lufthansa Airlines onboarded their full fleet on AMOS. In order to be able to provide continued business support coverage to their 24x7 maintenance operations, Lufthansa Airlines was looking for a can-do attitude partner to augment their own in-house AMOS support team

Solution

Based on a hybrid collaboration, EXSYN supports the in-house AMOS support team of Lufthansa Airlines. Operating as an in-resident flexible layer of experts we support the Lufthansa Airlines AMOS team with out-off-office hours support, business requests and report designer.
